Spring Opening and Fall Blowout: Compare the Scope

Spring opening and fall blowout are different visits. Before comparing prices or accepting a package, check which work is included and whether you still need to arrange each appointment.

Check spring opening and fall blowout separately

Read the service description, property address and season on the document. A closing invoice does not necessarily include a future opening. Likewise, an account balance or older receipt may not explain what was purchased. Ask the office if the included visits are unclear.

Read any combined arrangement carefully

If a package is offered, ask for the visits, exclusions and scheduling process in writing. A completed autumn visit does not automatically reserve a spring date. Keep confirmed appointments in your calendar and mark anything that still needs a request, particularly if several properties are involved.

Ask about the status you need

Price, booking, completed work and payment are separate questions. Tell the office which one you are checking. For example, asking whether spring opening is included should not leave anyone guessing whether you also want to book it. A direct question makes it easier to get the right answer.
